No Estate is complete without additional accommodations to house anyone who might come to stay to assist in upkeep or additional contruction. Goose Landing Lodge is no exception. With a 1400+ sq. ft. caretaker's cottage, the almost 3000 sq. ft. workshop and staff accommodations and even the 1000+ sq. ft. boathouse, if you need to sleep more guests, the space is available to you.
Caretaker's Cottage
The caretakers cottage is a single level residence with 1,421 square feet of living space. The interior is bright and modern with an open plan. The stylish kitchen is adorned in granite and there is a walk-in pantry, providing abundant storage. The spacious master features a three piece en-suite. A shared double room, laundry facilities and a three piece bathroom complete the interior. Outside, a covered patio, carport and scenic ocean views.
Staff Accommodations / Workshop
An expansive workshop is in place which easily houses multiple maintenance vehicles. Built in shelving and work benches accommodate tools and equipment needed to upkeep the property. The upper level houses the staff accommodations, consisting of three bedrooms and a three piece bathroom.
