The chef’s kitchen artistically contrasts the neutral tone of the home, with a bright and modern design aesthetic punctuated with top of the line stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite counters. The central island with bar seating contributes additional prep space, a welcomed feature when entertaining. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and easily accommodates both casual and formal affairs. The great room earns its namesake with a striking stone encased dual sided fireplace that extends up to the ceiling acting as a natural focal point. The family room shares the fireplace and provides a relaxed setting.

The Master Suite and Bedrooms

The master retreat is a place of solace, with a walk-in closet, sitting area and spa-inspired en-suite with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. Comprised of a spacious main area 22 x 21 with seating area and large windows to drink in the views, the master suite is the ideal place to rest and recuperate. Found just off the kitchen, it is an ideal place to retire to within the home.

Easy access to the deck is facilitated by 2 double doors which when left open allow nature to fill the room.

Two additional bedrooms, one with a four piece en-suite can be found at the opposing side of the home. A laundry room, four piece bathroom and powder room complete the main residence.

The Decks

Capitalizing on the oceanfront backdrop, the home is surrounded by a wrap-around deck, with a covered section to enjoy year round. Stone pathways lead through beautifully landscaped gardens, with a wide range of flora. A detached deck on ocean level offers vibrant skies and mountains reflected in the dynamic waters, offering ever changing vistas.
